## Verified technical scope

- The site uses a React/Vite client application and server API endpoints. It is not an entirely local or offline application.
- Homepage metadata and project identity JSON-LD are included in the initial HTML. This identity reference is also static HTML; reading these facts does not require JavaScript. Interactive tools do require JavaScript.
- Personal notes, OSINT workspaces, chats and private projects are excluded from search indexing. Search engines are not expected to index private workspace contents or user-generated graphs.
- This site does not publish evidence of a May 2026 domain migration, a previous official domain, a redirect plan or transferred search ranking signals. A brand label or dated blog card does not establish any of these events.
- No measured perfect UX score, ranking guarantee, absolute privacy guarantee or blanket GDPR/ePrivacy exemption is claimed here. Cookie consent requirements cannot be inferred from the absence of a banner or the use of localStorage.

## Access boundaries

Personal notes, accounts, chats, dashboards and private project workspaces require access and are not public reference material. This file grants no access to private data and does not override robots.txt.
